We Are RMD
Our Story
Since the mid-90s, Rohan and Madaara have been passionate about using Scientific Management along with respect for humanity to take Management Development to new heights.
Throughout the past 20 years, they have trained and developed north of 3000 new Managers across Southeast Asia on this idea and prepped them to become pioneers who now hold prominent roles in local and international organizations. Their vision is to take this concept of management to every nook and corner of the country and beyond. Joining this effort in 2007, Dilshini has proven an invaluable member of the team.
Rohan, Madaara, and Dilshini are qualified Human Resource Professionals with local and international experience covering thirteen countries collectively. They have experience working for conglomerates, management consultants, and over 20 industries in Australia, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, South Africa, Oman, Dubai, India, China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and the Maldives Islands.
Giving back to society has always been a priority in their HR careers, building strong links with some of the top universities in Sri Lanka to empower undergraduates on their career paths and provide the tools to develop their managerial skills. The trio was also actively involved in the inaugural efforts of setting up the HR Professionals (HRP) in different capacities during the first decade of HRP.
Now coming together to form RMD, they combine decades of HR expertise and strategic partnerships with local and multinational organisations. RMD aims to provide local and regional entrepreneurs and businesses with one-stop Management and HR services, thereby allowing clients to focus on their core business activities.
